Torlesse Lavender
In 2023 plans commenced to establish a lavender farm at FairView. Phase one is complete and we now have 5000 plants in the ground with views across the lavender to the Torlesse range and Oxford hills. Summer 2025 will see the Lavender plants showing off their colours.
